What are the shipping ways?

Shipments within Attica are made with a delivery time of 1-2 working days, while for the rest of the Greek network (land or island destinations), the delivery time ranges from 1-4 working days. All domestic shipments are made with a partner courier company.

Shipments to foreign countries are made with ELTA. Delivery time and cost vary by destination. Customers outside the European Union are subject to any
delays that may arise from customs clearance, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company is not responsible.

* In case of force majeure, the company does not assume responsibility for non-delivery of the product.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order has been placed, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. For areas designated as "unreachable" by courier companies, this time may vary.

If you select a product that is not available or takes time to prepare, we will inform you of its delivery time. For orders made by depositing into a bank account, the payment of the money must have been previously confirmed by the bank.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost of simple shipping is €3.50, while the cash on delivery service has an additional cost of €2. In orders over €30, shipping is free.

Cash on delivery orders are not valid in foreign countries. Shipping is free when the order exceeds €130.

If the country to which the products are sent and delivered is located outside the European Union, there is a possibility that you may be asked to pay customs duties and/or other charges by the competent authorities. Rockcandy cannot in any way control these charges and under no circumstances can inform customers of the relevant costs. Customers are charged in these cases with the relevant costs. The company does not bear any responsibility nor is it under any obligation to cover or restore these costs.

How do I return a product?

Rockcandy gives you the possibility to return your order within 7 calendar days.

Returned products must be in the condition they were shipped by the company and received by the customer, complete and undamaged. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in perfect condition (without the labels removed) and with all shipping documents (e.g. Shipping Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are NOT accepted and returned to the customer.

Returns are also NOT accepted on personalized or special order products.
For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are made on earrings.

In the event of a return, the costs for returning and receiving the order should be covered by the customer.
